In order to apply, an applicant must have the following.
2.1. Holds a full, unrestricted, permanent license to practice professional nursing in the state of intended employment or
2.2. Received a certificate from the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) or
2.3. The candidate passed the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN),
administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
3. Provide evidence that the candidate passed written and oral English test as specified on the following web page

4. Provide evidence that the candidate has a license to work in the country where they received their education.
5. Provide evidence that the candidate has at least two years of full-time professional nursing experience.
6. Have a valid passport.
7. Have a full time employment offer from a US employer.
8. Have a signed medical and vaccine documents.
9. Have an approved labor certification and petition from the employer
